Precision Manufacturing
At Goodwin & Goodwin, over 30 years of sign manufacturing experience informs every stage of production. We work with your supplied artwork or provide a complete design service for a fully outsourced, seamless solution.
Each built up letter and built up sign is produced using a combination of the latest CNC letter-bending machinery and specialist hand craftsmanship, ensuring the precision and consistency demanded by high-end commercial signage.
Faces and returns are precision laser cut before the returns are formed to the letter profile using our automated bending machinery. Components are then soldered or welded together and finished with fixings to produce signage that is strong, lightweight and installation-ready.
Materials, Styles & Options
A comprehensive selection of materials, finishes and configurations is available for built up letters. Stainless steel and powder-coated aluminium are the most widely specified, with stainless available in brushed, mirror-polished or powder-coated finishes — or aged for a refined industrial aesthetic.
All metal-constructed signage is engineered to meet the structural requirements of larger formats, including any applicable health and safety considerations.
For signage that performs day and night, we offer a full range of waterproof LED lighting options for halo and face illumination, supplied complete with drivers, transformers and fitting templates.
